Your Professional Duties:

  1. Maintain ongoing client communication to enhance sales performance.
  2. Develop meaningful relationships that create strong client bonds, resulting in expanded business opportunities.
  3. Conduct meetings with prospective buyers and sellers to identify their property preferences, then present options that align perfectly with their needs.
  4. Organize compelling open house presentations to showcase our property listings.
  5. Navigate the complete transaction journey, from initial listing through final closing, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
  6. Develop qualified prospects to create new business opportunities.
  7. Establish yourself as a market specialist – master your territory and market dynamics, expertly addressing inquiries about properties, comparable sales, and community characteristics.


Position Requirements:

  1. Previous sales background is beneficial but not required.
  2. Demonstrate comfort with current technology platforms.
  3. Show strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  4. Display self-direction and results-oriented motivation.
  5. Maintain exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  6. Active Real Estate License required.
