Compensation:

$185,000 - $325,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate commercial properties to align with clients' investment goals.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes with clarity and confidence.
  • Build and nurture relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to enhance our industry presence.
  • Stay informed on market trends to offer strategic advice that maximizes client success.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Negotiate property deals with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed or in the process of becoming licensed.
