We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to support our Employment Attorney in litigation that makes a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Conduct client intake and assist with ongoing client communication
- Draft and prepare litigation documents (pleadings, discovery, correspondence)
- Perform legal and factual research to support case strategy
- Manage case files, deadlines, and e-filing in state and federal courts
- Organize and prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trial
- Assist with settlement demands and negotiation prep
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in employment law
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with federal and state e-filing systems
- Ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism with clients facing trauma, disability, or workplace challenges
- Passion for social justice, civil rights, and workers’ rights
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment and coming into the office as needed
