Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee the quality and compliance of care provided to residents in our 10 community residential homes. This manager-level role focuses on ensuring excellence in resident care, adherence to state licensing standards (Title 17, Title 22, and HCBS), and continuous improvement in the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations, upholding Noah Homes standards of excellence.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews across residential homes.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans when needed to address areas of non-compliance.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to caregiving staff to strengthen quality of care and documentation practices.
  • Partner with program leaders to promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on compliance, quality trends, and resident outcomes for leadership review.
  • Serve as a liaison with licensing agencies and external stakeholders during site visits or inspections.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of staff to ensure standards of excellence are upheld.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in program management, quality assurance, or compliance in social services or residential care.
  • Knowledge of regulations and best practices in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to coach and mentor staff.
