Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity to provide occupational therapy services within a K-12 school setting, supporting students developmental and functional needs throughout the school year. The role focuses on delivering individualized therapy interventions designed to enhance students' abilities to participate fully in their educational environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing students occupational therapy needs and developing tailored treatment plans
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Implementing therapeutic activities aimed at improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based settings
- Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and applicable regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel
- Ability to manage caseloads and maintain detailed documentation

Duration: Contract position for the current school year
