Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Mason to join our team. In this role, you will restore old stonework and install new stonework. You will use a combination of modern power tools and traditional hand tools. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a skilled Mason and a love of the craft. Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Mix cement and mortar</li>
<li>Texture and polish blocks of stone</li>
<li>Install dressed stone</li>
<li>Restore damaged stonework</li>
<li>Assist in building layout, framing, sheathing, and roofing structures</li>
<li>Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic construction tasks</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings</li>
<li>Train apprentices in masonry skills</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Mason or in a similar position</li>
<li>Certification or training in masonry is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with other construction professionals</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent hand-eye coordination</li>
<li>Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations</li>
<li>Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred</li>
