We are seeking a Production Manager with a strong understanding of engineering exhibits – both indoor and outdoor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, fabrication, and execution of high-quality exhibit solutions, ensuring seamless integration of design, engineering, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end production process for exhibits, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
· Collaborate with designers, engineers, and fabricators to translate creative concepts into structurally sound and visually impactful exhibits.
· Oversee material selection, fabrication techniques, and assembly processes to ensure durability and functionality.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain budget, scheduling, and quality standards.
· Identify and resolve production challenges, optimizing workflows and problem-solving technical issues.
· Ensure all exhibits comply with safety regulations, engineering best practices, and client specifications.
· Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to align expectations and deliver outstanding exhibit experiences.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in exhibit production, fabrication, and engineering.
· Strong understanding of materials, structural integrity, and production techniques for exhibits.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
· Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, and vendors to bring concepts to life.
Ideal Candidate:

· Must be able to travel 25% of the year
