Whether you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, if you can manage a high volume of business, we are your ideal destination. Our agents typically initiate 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 60 days using our company-provided leads.

In 2024, Power Realty successfully closed over 600 transactions, generating more than $500 million in volume. More than half of this success stemmed from our online lead sources, including Zillow Partner, Open Door, and Home Light.


Key Responsibilities:


  • List and sell residential real estate properties.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine property value.
  • Educate clients on fundamental real estate procedures.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year


Benefits: Flexible schedule


Schedule: Monday to Friday

Self-determined schedule

Weekend availability
