Job DescriptionSalary: $20.00 -$24.00

HIRING ONE COUNSELOR.DTR is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our team. This position is for a female Detection Substance Abuse Counselor who will provide random observed UA/BA urine/breath testing with federal government contracts. The position entails providing services to defendants/offenders who need Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment through local Federal Probation/Pretrial agencies.

Job duties would include but not be limited to the following:

• Provide random observed urine/breath testing
• Providing Individual and Group Counseling
• Mailing of UA samples daily via the US Postal Service
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Applications
• Communicate on a regular basis with United States Pretrial/Probation Officers regarding client recommendations, concerns, and/or status updates.
• Utilize computer applications to complete counseling notes
• Complete Monthly Progress Reports

The ability to sit at a desk, use a keyboard, write, and physically perform other job duties. Specific qualifications may vary based on the designated assignment.

Salary Range:$20.00-$25.00

Experience:

Substance Abuse Counseling: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License:

State of California Substance Abuse Registrant or Certification

Schedule:

Monday Friday. Some weekends are required. Random test days are early morning hours.
