Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and formatting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Managing case files, calendaring deadlines, and maintaining case management systems
- Assisting with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, and trial binders
- Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing discovery documents and records
- Coordinating depositions, hearings, and other case-related logistics
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (defense preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures
- Proficiency with case management and e-filing systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in defense litigation, with a proven track record of managing complex cases.
• Proficiency in discovery processes, including preparing and reviewing responses.
• Solid understanding of civil litigation and trial preparation procedures.
• Experience with case management software to organize and track case progress.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks related to office operations.
• Strong organizational skills for managing medical chronologies and deposition schedules.
• Familiarity with court filing procedures and legal document formatting.
• Capacity to meet billable hour requirements of 1,000 to 1,200 annually.
