Company DescriptionFBA Engineering has 2 new partners as of April 2025. As part of that leadership transition (retirement), we are looking for new senior leaders who want to bring their skills to help grow the company. We expect to do acquisitions as part of your tenure and grow well beyond the 20 or so staff we are today. In that, we expect that you will want to participate in that growth and 'earn in' as you meet certain milestones.

Our primary clients today are k-12, multifamily and healthcare work - we are looking for partners who can directly fill needs we have in these areas specifically as it relates to client/account management, sales and technical expertise and mentoring.
