Shift: You will be training and working on the production line. During the training period, the pay rate will be $18.00-$18.00 per hour

• 1st shift 5am-1:30pm

Job Summary:
Empire Workforce is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Production Lead to oversee and work alongside production workers in our packaging facility. The team is responsible for packaging mouthwash, including unloading bottles, placing them on the production line, labeling, repackaging, and box assembly. The Production Lead will ensure smooth operations, maintain efficiency, and support a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee a line of 7-12 production workers and assist with daily operations.
• Work on the production line, including placing bottles, labeling, packaging, and assembling boxes.
• Train, guide, and support team members to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Monitor workflow and troubleshoot any production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding production updates and worker performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to train on 1st shift for one month before transitioning to 2nd shift if interested in 2nd shift hours.
