Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one in-home support to individuals with behavioral health needs
- Assist with daily living skills, emotional regulation, and positive behavior support
- Follow individualized care and behavior plans
- Complete accurate documentation and communicate with the care team
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence
Required Qualifications
- Experience or background in behavioral health (DSP, caregiver, mental health, ABA, social services, etc.)
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- TB test within the last 2 years
- Valid California drivers license
- Ability to pass DOJ Live Scan
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Available for full-time employment
