Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Carson, CA facility.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have hands-on experience in manufacturing or precision machining, familiarity with additive manufacturing or CNC processes, and the ability to work in a regulated aerospace/defense production environment.

Job Description
- Operate and monitor advanced metal 3D printers (e.g., EOS, SLM, LPBF systems).
- Prepare build plates, set up print jobs, and follow engineering specifications.
- Handle metal powders safely (loading, depowdering, part removal, support removal).
- Perform post-processing tasks such as finishing, machining, and polishing.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to meet aerospace quality standards.
- Maintain accurate build logs, equipment records, and production documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize builds.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, controlled environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, CNC machining, or precision manufacturing (aerospace preferred).
- Familiarity with additive manufacturing processes or related production technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and build instructions.
- Comfortable working with PPE and handling powdered metals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- High school diploma required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience with EOS, SLM, or other LPBF systems.
- Knowledge of GD&T and use of inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
- Background in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries.
