Available Work Schedules
- Day: 7:45am to 4:15pm
- Evening: 3:45pm to 12:15am
- Night: 11:45pm to 8:15am
Daily Challenges
Do you enjoy troubleshooting and optimizing molding processes? Your role will involve coordinating operational activities, offering guidance to staff, and ensuring the molding processes meet quality standards such as AS9100 and AS9102. Immerse yourself in the analytical world of root cause methodologies like the 5 Why method and elevate production efficiency through Kaizen.
- Mechanical troubleshooting prowess with injection molding machines.
- Execution of machine safety checks.
- Implementation of continuous improvement strategies.
- Coordination of mold setups ensuring optimal machine downtime and performance.
- Mastery of multiple molding machines such as Engel and Arburg.
Your Qualifications:
- Established expertise in a manufacturing setting, focusing on plastic molding.
- Capability to conduct detailed blueprint analyses.
- Competence in implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Possession of a valid forklift certification is preferred.
Technology You’ll Utilize:
- A range of Injection Molding Machines, including models by Toyo and Milacron
- Forklifts for in-facility material handling.
