Our Law Firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Law Firm Administrator to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced legal office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative aspects of our firm, including HR, finance, facilities management, and marketing. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all administrative functions of the law firm, including HR, finance, facilities management, and marketing.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
3. Manage and coordinate all office operations, including case management, billing, collections, and IT systems.
4. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring a high-performance culture.
5. Manage and maintain the firm's budget, including monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
6. Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and industry standards.
7. Coordinate with senior management to establish policies and procedures, and monitor their implementation.
8. Act as the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
9. Plan and manage all office events, including meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by the senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administratior or Human Resources or a combination of education and experince
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm or legal department.
3. Strong understanding of law firm operations, legal procedures, and court systems.
4. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, financial management, and human resources.
5. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
7. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
