Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, bookkeeping, and accounting, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status
- Implement and manage project workflow processes to ensure efficiency
- Oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting for project-related expenses
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial management
- CPA certification is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
