Position Overview
The Managing Attorney will help oversee the legal operations of the firm, ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively. This role involves representing clients in legal matters, managing a team of attorneys, and providing strategic direction to enhance the firm's litigation and mediation practices.
Who We're Looking For:
- You're a seasoned probate litigator with 3-5 years' experience and expert knowledge of the CA Probate Code and Civil Procedure.
- You're a compelling writer, a curious problem-solver, and a creative, entrepreneurial self-starter.
- You thrive in a team environment, communicate effectively, and take initiative with follow-through.
- You deliver high-quality work and can consistently meet a goal of 1800 annual billable hours.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in litigation, with a strong background in probate litigation and client representation.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and mediation.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
