Join our dynamic legal team as an Eviction Associate Attorney, where you’ll play a critical role in helping property owners and management companies navigate the complex world of landlord-tenant disputes and eviction proceedings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Attorney in California with 0–3+ years of litigation experience (eviction or real estate experience a strong plus)
  • A confident courtroom presence and ability to manage multiple cases under deadline
  • Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills
  • Passion for advocacy and delivering results for clients
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent clients in all phases of eviction litigation—from intake through judgment and enforcement
  • Manage a high-volume caseload with autonomy and precision
  • Conduct court appearances, negotiations, mediations, and trial work
  • Provide strategic counsel to landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals
  • Draft legal pleadings, motions, and notices with efficiency and clarity
