We are currently hiring a Full-Time Floater Caregiver to support our care team and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on flexibility, reliability, and making a difference wherever theyre needed most.
Position: Full-Time Floater Caregiver
Schedule: Thursday Monday (Full Time)
This role primarily covers:
- Shifts dropped by other caregivers
- Last-minute or short-notice care needs
- Administrative and office support when not assigned to a client
Caregiver Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, and personal care
- Preparing and serving meals
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Shopping, errands, and transportation
- Filling in for open or call-off shifts as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Office & Administrative Responsibilities (When Not in the Field)
- Assisting with scheduling and open-shift coverage
- Supporting caregiver coordination and communication
- Helping with basic office tasks and documentation
- Supporting management with daily operational needs
Pay & Benefits

Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
- Strong reliability and flexibility
- Compassion, empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfort working both independently and with a team
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
