Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 salary
WHAT WE OFFER

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order equipment and materials for jobs
- Manage install crews and manpower for efficient, professional installs
- Train installers to improve their skills and workmanship
- Ensure jobs are completed to the Cosmic standard and all inspections are passed
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Hands-on install experience
- Previous experience growing an installation department or managing multiple HVAC crews is preferred
