Location: Upland, CA | Compensation: $90,000 + comprehensive benefits

We’re seeking a Contract & Lease Administrator who thrives on details, deadlines, and delivering results. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our real estate operations—ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic business initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts and leases
- Oversee renewals, rent escalations, expirations, and tenant transitions
- Serve as the key liaison with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
- Conduct title reviews, UCC filings, and due diligence for transactions
- Partner with Accounting and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain meticulous records, deadlines, and reporting across portfolios
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in contracts administration, commercial real estate, title/escrow, or legal
- Strong knowledge of contract law, leasing, and real estate documentation
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and legal research tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Visual Lease (preferred)
