The Role
We are seeking a full-time Personal Injury Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join our team in Newport Beach. The successful candidate will be a skilled and assertive advocate for our clients, handling all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including litigation, mediation, and trial.

Conduct thorough case investigations, analyze evidence, and collaborate with medical and expert professionals.

Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands, while negotiating with insurance companies to maximize client recovery.

Manage case files from opening to close, ensuring all documents and timelines are meticulously maintained.

Attend court appearances, hearings, and depositions.

Provide legal counsel and support to clients, maintaining strong, open communication.

Conduct legal research and interpret rulings to anticipate and mitigate legal risks.
Qualifications

10+ years of related experience in personal injury.

Juris Doctor (JD) Degree and current license to practice law in the state of California.

Significant experience taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, and attending court appearances.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

A professional attitude with strong personal ethics and attention to detail.
