Location: Santa Clarita and Surrounding Areas
Pay: $65–$85 per visit

What You'll Do:

Work 1-on-1 with patients in the comfort of their homes under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Carry out treatment plans focused on helping patients regain independence and improve daily living skills

Assist with therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive equipment use

Educate patients and caregivers on home-based routines and exercises

Track patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT

Collaborate with the full care team to ensure top-tier, coordinated care
What You'll Need:

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in the state of California

CPR certification (required)

Prior experience in home health is a plus — but not required

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
