Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishersfor projects located in the Huntington Beach, CA area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Concrete Finisher eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Tile demo and surface prep on balconies

• Sound testing for concrete spalls

• Cut, chip, and patch with repair mortar

• Epoxy waterproofing: base coat, fabric embedding, sand broadcast, and top coat

• Grout over broadcast surface

• Paint balcony surfaces (walls, ceilings, edges, undersides)

• Sealant/caulking replacement around windows and joints

• Debris removal and site clean-up

• Assist tile installers as needed

Responsibilities

• Epoxy flooring experience
• Basic demo/construction tools (grinder, chisel, demo hammer)
• Full PPE
