We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Construction Project Coordinator with Construction industry knowledge to support daily administrative operations, proposal coordination, Payroll processing and data entry. This role supports company leadership and preconstruction activities and requires familiarity with construction terminology, bid documents, and administrative processes.
Qualifications:
- Construction industry knowledge required
- Payroll
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft excel, Google workspace
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday ; 4 hrs per day.
Compensation:
$ 18 - 24 per hour
Potential to transition into a full-time position as the company grows.
