Job Description
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems and light commercial equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, customer communication, and the ability to document work accurately and efficiently. The technician must provide high-quality service, represent the company professionally, and ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes and standards. 3 YEAR MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, ductless systems, thermostats, and ventilation equipment.

Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups, ensuring systems are operating efficiently and safely.

Conduct service on light commercial rooftop units, split systems, and basic control systems.

Verify system performance using tools such as gauges, meters, combustion analyzers, and airflow instruments.

Follow company procedures for completing service calls (first-visit completion or follow-up repair workflow).
