Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation in workers' compensation defense cases, working with clients to navigate complex legal challenges and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documentation related to cases.
  • Advise clients on their rights and obligations under workers' compensation laws.
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Attend hearings and trials as necessary to advocate for clients.
  • Stay updated on recent developments in workers' compensation law and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 5+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense law.
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
