Salary: $70k - $100k base

We have been in business for nearly 30 years and recognized as a leading Plaintiff's firm in Class Action cases.What You Will Be DoingThe Paralegal will support the team on Antitrust and Consumer cases. The Paralegal will be responsible for drafting legal documents and correspondence, court filings, legal research via WestLaw, maintain/update case information via the firm's database, as well as assist Attorneys with preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings and trial. The Paralegal will also have full responsibility for calendar maintenance and other administrative duties as needed.What You Need for this Position- Must have existing Antitrust and Consumer Law experience
- Legal research in both State and Federal courts nationwide required
- Must be proficient in the discovery process
- Paralegal Certificate a plus!
