Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Newport Beach and are seeking highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individuals to join our litigation department as a Legal Discovery Clerk.
The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. This role is ideal for law students with full time work availability or post-bar clerks.
Responsibilities:
- Propounding and responding to written discovery.
- Drafting meet and confer letters, notice of deposition, and various documents related to litigation discovery.
- Provide support to attorneys, including contacting clients, calendaring events, reviewing materials, and drafting correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Prior work experience at a personal injury law firm is preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience with written discovery is a plus, but not required.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of work.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and complete tasks on time.
- Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
