Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract position is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist in Fremont, CA, serving an elementary school setting. This role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade and offers an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of 45-55 students. The assignment begins January 5th and extends through the end of the current school year, with the potential for renewal into the next academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in California
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
Position Details:
- Contract duration: January start through end of school year, with summer availability
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week
- Caseload: 45-55 students spanning K-12 age range

Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
