Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist in Fremont, CA, serving an elementary school setting. This role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade and offers an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of 45-55 students. The assignment begins January 5th and extends through the end of the current school year, with the potential for renewal into the next academic year.

Key Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in California
Experience working in school-based settings preferred

Position Details:

Contract duration: January start through end of school year, with summer availability
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week
Caseload: 45-55 students spanning K-12 age range
Location: Fremont, California
Focus: School-based occupational therapy supporting elementary students

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
