Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and clarity
- Conduct extensive legal research and provide strategic analysis
- Manage discovery, including depositions and document review
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy
- Participate in client development efforts, including pitches and presentations
- Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations
Job Details
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Admission to and good standing with the California Bar
- Strong academic record and exceptional legal writing skills
- Proven analytical and research abilities
- Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
- Prior law firm litigation experience strongly preferred
