About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our team for an in-person school-based role or in-home EI role in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing clinician to gain hands-on experience, receive high-quality supervision, and make a meaningful impact on students’ communication and academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to school-aged students with a variety of communication needs
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to IEP development
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
• Work under the guidance of a licensed SLP supervisor to meet all CF-SLP requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligible for or currently pursuing Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Meets requirements for California state licensure and/or CSHA/SLPAHADB standards (or eligibility)
• Passion for working with school-aged children and supporting diverse learners
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
