Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialized opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a K-12 educational setting located in Oakland, CA. This contract position spans the entire school year, providing consistent, in-depth services to enhance student communication skills and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse student populations.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate communication goals into the classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and district guidelines.
- Provide support for students with varying speech and language disorders, fostering improved social and academic communication.
