Oakland-based litigation firm specializing in personal injury law seeks an experienced Paralegal to join our team. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Draft and review discovery, motions, and correspondence</li>
<li>Manage case files, deadlines, and attorney calendars</li>
<li>Prepare motion and trial materials, exhibits, and evidence</li>
<li>Review medical records and coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5–7 years of litigation experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of California &amp; Federal practice and Discovery Code</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software</li>
<li>Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented</li>
