Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Background in school-based speech-language pathology
- Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery methods
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Location and Setting:
- Position based in El Cajon, CA
- Serving a diverse K-12 student population within the school system
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure cohesive support
- Utilize teletherapy techniques alongside in-person sessions as appropriate
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports aligned with school and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student intervention planning
