<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that likes working as part of a team.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Union Billing entry – Teamsters, IATSE, SAG, AEA</li>
<li>Update and maintain document management system workflows as part of a team.</li>
<li>Work with customers to accurately estimate and bill jobs for payroll. Positive and helpful manner is essential.</li>
<li>Work with accounting team memebers to ensure smooth billing, payment, payroll and union contributions.</li>
<li>Fast paced, high volume invoicing with multiple scenarios and exceptions to the rule.</li>
<li>Identify and bill union collective bargaining agreements accurately.</li>
<li>Process and Procedure documentation and enhancement.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in accounting</li>
<li>Experience with computer accounting programs</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Office software suite</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills written and verbal are a requirement</li>
<li>Detail and deadline oriented.</li>
<li>Teamwork, energetic and positive attitude.</li>
