Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized opportunity is available for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with both Nuclear Medicine and CT Tech expertise in a well-equipped healthcare setting. This contract position offers a structured 5x8 schedule with early start times to support diagnostic imaging services.

Responsibilities include performing a wide range of nuclear medicine procedures such as cardiac, gastric emptying, PET scans, HIDA scans, and multiple stress test protocols. Technologists will be responsible for handling and disposing of radioactive materials safely, starting and maintaining IVs, drawing venous blood, and participating in rotating call weekends and evenings to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key qualifications and experience:

Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine technology experience; 3 years preferred
Proven proficiency with adult hospital settings and nuclear cardiology imaging
Skilled in operating imaging equipment such as Phillips and Siemens systems
Certification as a CNMT and possession of a valid state license
Experience with a variety of nuclear medicine procedures including MUGA, PET scans, brain perfusion, renal scans, and pharmacological stress testing
Competent in isolation precautions and radionuclide handling protocols

Shift Details:
