911 BioCare is a premier wellness and aesthetic clinic specializing in hormone replacement therapy, vitamin infusions, weight management, and medical aesthetics. We are committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures
Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
Take and record vital signs, patient history, and chief complaints
Assist provider with exams, in-office procedures, and injections
Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections (as trained)
Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Tebra or Jane experience a plus)
Prepare and stock exam rooms and medical supplies
Clean and disinfect patient care areas in accordance with clinic protocols
Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members
Support front office tasks as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred
Familiarity with HRT, vitamin injections, or aesthetics is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Must be proficient in phlebotomy (blood draws)
