We are seeking an experienced General Laborer for ongoing construction work in the Pacific Palisades area. This role is hands-on and requires prior experience with foundation-related tasks, demolition, and site prep. Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in an active construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with foundation work and site preparation
- Perform dig-out work for plumbing and underground utilities
- Remove and reset pavers as needed
- Conduct demolition work, including concrete and structural removal
- Remove and re-post fence lines, ensuring proper alignment and stability
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions
Requirements
- Prior experience in general labor / construction, specifically foundation and demo work
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Experience with hand tools and basic power tools
- Dependable transportation to job site in Pacific Palisades
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a crew
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience working around plumbing trenches
- Familiarity with concrete, rebar, or grading work
- OSHA 10 certification
