Part-Time SLP Job Description (Hybrid / Flexible Hours)
We’re seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with speech and language needs in a school setting. This role offers flexible scheduling and a hybrid model, with on-site student service hours and remote time for documentation and prep.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Follow school and state guidelines for service delivery
Requirements:
- Active SLP license
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a flexible, part-time caseload
