Job Title: Chief Estimator
Location: Stockton/Lodi, CA
Salary: $125k - $175k DOE, Full Benefits
Requirements: 5+ Years of Estimating experience in Heavy Civil Construction; project values up to $30M, Paving, grading, Primavera/P6, MS Office/Project, Bluebeam, Take-Off
What you will be doing:
You will play a crucial role in the preparation of bid proposals, ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of our bids. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
Needs:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management, strongly desired
- 5+ years as an Estimator within Civil Construction Projects
- Familiarity with Grading projects
- AGTEK, Bluebeam, Take-Off, Primavera/P6, HCSS/Heavy Bid - Construction Software proficiency
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed in the area
- RFI submittal knowledge, Agency familiarity, Contractors, etc.
