CNC machine/ woodworking machinery Technician: Responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various woodworking machines. This includes both manual and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment, ensuring they function correctly to produce accurate and high-quality wooden components or products. (CNC/FOIL/PRESS/BEAM SAW)
Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation:
Setting up machines according to specifications, including adjusting tables, blades, and other cutting devices, and loading/securing wood stock.

Monitoring and Adjustment:
Continuously monitoring machine performance, identifying any issues like excessive vibration or deviations from specifications, and making necessary adjustments to controls or settings.

Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions, and performing basic repairs, replacements, or adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.

Maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machines, as well as replacing worn parts.

Quality Control:
Examining finished workpieces to ensure they meet dimensional and aesthetic requirements, using measuring tools like rulers, calipers, and templates.

Safety Compliance:
Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures related to woodworking machinery operation and maintenance.
