Location: Multiple locations across the state of California
Job Type: Part-time
We are seeking experienced, licensed mental health professionals to provide in-person therapy services on a part-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and are looking for flexible scheduling within a structured in-person setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-person, individual therapy sessions in accordance with professional and ethical standards
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and records
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams as needed to ensure continuity of care
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPCC) in the state where services are provided
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in providing structured, evidence-based therapy
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical documentation skills
- Availability to see clients in person at designated location(s)
