A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level Trial Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Litigation practice in Southern California. This role focuses exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related actions. Location is flexible; however, candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
Warranty experience is not required. Qualified candidates must demonstrate the following knowledge and skills:
• Significant trial and arbitration experience, including opening statements, closing arguments, witness examinations, motion practice, depositions, and mediation
• Exceptional advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined with a strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $170,000–$200,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as qualifications, experience, skill set, training, internal equity, and market conditions. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
