As a Family Support Professional, you will play a meaningful role in providing Family Support Services to children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities in community settings. You will support and supervise individuals while ensuring a safe and positive environment. In this role, you will partner closely with families and utilize evidence-based practices to appropriately manage behaviors and encourage growth.

This position is ideal for compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals interested in making a real difference in the daily lives of the people we serve.

Your Role & Responsibilities –

  • Participate in activities aimed at promoting socialization, community integration, and skill building.
  • Provide support and supervision to individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities such as autism.
  • Support individuals in recreational and skill-building activities outside the home, in community spaces and public settings.


Qualifications –

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience providing care or supervision for children or adults in community-based programs such as youth programs, recreational activities, or family support.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation

Pay –

$20.00 - $22.00 Hourly (Starting pay $20.00/hr.)

Status –

Part-Time
