OneCruit LLC is looking for a 5+ Assembly Workers to join our team in the City of Sacramento.
2nd Shift- Available $17.07
All shifts are Mandatory overtime.
Job Summary
An innovative and successful glass fabrication company in Valencia needs second shift Warehouse Workers to become key members of a growing team and an integral part of providing some of the highest quality glass doors around! As a Production Worker you would be intimately involved in fabrication, assembly, material handling, warehousing, shipping, maintenance, repair and related activities. Along with your team members, you would also help ensure production quotas are met timely while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Consistently achieve production requirements and standards efficiently without compromising quality
· Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping
· Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
· Promptly report any machinery issues or malfunctions to management
· Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
· Move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
· Ability to perform repetitive tasks
· Work on the production line with consistent pace and accuracy
· Maintain a clean and hazard free work area
· Follow instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties
· Must become familiar with and adhere to all workplace safety rules and regulations
Preferences, Requirements and Qualifications
· Experience in production or related field(s)
· Basic math, reading, and writing skills
· Basic computer skills
· Good communication skills
· Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
· Ability to work at a pace required to meet deadlines
· Ability to adapt to changes or modifications in the way work is done
· Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as a member of a team
· Must be conscientious and pay attention to detail
· Availability to work required shifts and hours
· Upon hire, it may be necessary to submit to a drug test and/or criminal background check
· Upon hire, proof of identity and U.S. employment eligibility is required
· Seeking candidates with high school diploma or equivalent
· Must be at least 18 years of age
