Highly Skilled Commercial and Residential Painter

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced painter to add to our team to help us continue achieving our goal of providing beautiful, high-end, custom-finish work for our clients.

The desired candidate will meet or exceed the following:

• • 5+ years painting experience in a construction setting (both commercial and residential) while utilizing the following skills:
  • Prepping surfaces for paint and stain.
  • Priming, painting, and staining of both interior and exterior surfaces of all kinds.
  • Ability to color match paint and stain – this is highly important.
  • Must be able to properly prep and paint walls, windows, and doors.
  • Faux wood matching (preferred)
  • Replicate existing metal/wood/paint finishes (preferred)
  • Custom paint/stain/sealer (preferred)
  • Artistic finish application (preferred)
  • Venetian plaster (preferred)
  • Lime wash (preferred)

Other important skills:

• • The ability to follow instructions closely.
  • Having a working knowledge of construction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Either leading or following.
  • Time management and prioritization skills – this is an everchanging environment, the ability to adjust accordingly is critical.
  • Dependability - Responsibility and consistent, reliable attendance.

Other requirements:

• • Basic hand tools.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (proof of eligibility required upon offer of employment).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to take and pass a physical exam and drug screen as part of the hiring process.

This is a full-time, 40-hours per week, Monday – Friday position.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Health Benefits – eligible after 60 days
