Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving an elementary school setting. The role involves providing specialized speech and language services to students within a school environment. Located in San Marcos, CA, this is a contract opportunity with a school-year (CSY) duration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams as required
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure appropriate for school-based practice
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children
- Ability to manage a caseload and maintain detailed records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Details:

- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
