We are seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our office. We are looking for an organized individual with strong communication skills. This position is to join our intake team. This requires reviewing client information, follow up with clients for any missing information, and light form driven drafting. This position is perfect anyone that enjoys problem solving. There is opportunity to learn and grow within our firm. Health Insurance will be offered after 90 Day probation period.
Responsibilities:
- Review new case information and create new files in our Case Management Software
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Interview clients to obtain necessary case information
- Update clients via telephone and email
- Help with administrative tasks in the office
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented, organized.
- Strong language and writing skills
